How to claim your £20 Biscuit referral bonus

• Open this referral link and submit the UK mobile number you will use for your Zopa account.
• Download the Zopa app through the same referral link. If you click more than one person’s link, Zopa credits only the last referrer whose link you clicked before downloading the app.
• Open a Biscuit current account using the same mobile number within 30 days of submitting it. Complete Zopa’s identity and eligibility checks; acceptance is not guaranteed.
• Make at least one card transaction in-store or online using your debit card or digital wallet. Complete this and account opening within 30 days of submitting your mobile number; the clock does not restart when you open the account.
• Keep your account open and unsuspended until payment. Zopa credits the reward within 30 days after the referral is successfully completed.

Who qualifies for the £20 reward?

• You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over who has never used the Zopa app or held any Zopa product. Existing or former savings, loan or credit-card customers do not qualify.
• Biscuit account eligibility also requires UK-only tax residency (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), no United States citizenship and passing the required legal and regulatory checks.
• The referrer must still be within the 10-successful-referrals limit when you complete the qualifying actions. A working link does not establish how many reward places remain.
• Each invitee can receive only one reward. Participants cannot also receive rewards through other Zopa referral promotions, including Smart Saver.
• At least one card transaction is required for this invitation. No minimum transaction amount or full current-account-switch requirement is stated on the checked landing page; follow the referral page and app for any further conditions when you join.

When will Zopa pay the £20?

Within 30 days of a successfully completed referral, into the Zopa account. If either person’s account is closed or suspended before payment, that person loses their entitlement. The reward is not guaranteed just because an account was opened: the referral steps and available referral capacity must also be satisfied.

Does this Biscuit referral offer have an end date?

No fixed campaign end date was displayed on the invitation checked on 16 September 2026. Both account opening and the card transaction must be completed within 30 days of submitting your mobile number, not within 30 days of opening the account. Zopa can change, suspend or end the promotion; use the live referral page and app for current conditions.

Can I refer friends later?

Selected Zopa customers receive a unique link under Profile → Refer a Friend in the app. Access is not promised to every new customer. The current invitation caps rewards at 10 successful referrals, and the app’s referral page sets the applicable reward and limits.

Is Biscuit Bank safe?

Biscuit is provided by Zopa Bank, a UK-regulated bank. Eligible deposits across your Zopa current and savings accounts share FSCS protection up to £120,000 per eligible person, not a separate limit for each account.
