What is the Octopus business referral offer?
Use cyan-camel-906 through our Octopus business referral link for £75 credit on an eligible business energy account. It uses the same invitation as the household scheme, but you select the business quote form. We receive a referral reward too.

- Find “Looking to switch your business?” below the home quote. Enter the business postcode and choose “Get a business quote”.
- Review the quote for your business supply and complete an eligible direct switch through that referral journey.
- Once the supply has switched and your first Direct Debit succeeds, check your account balance history for the referral credit.
Does a business need a different Octopus referral code?
No. The checked invitation for cyan-camel-906 includes both home and business quote forms. Use the business form for the £75 offer; using a generic supplier homepage instead does not carry this invitation.
Can a charity claim the £75 credit?
Octopus’s referral help includes a charity switching its own energy supply in the £75 offer. This is separate from its community fundraising programme, People Power. Select the appropriate business quote and have Octopus confirm the supply’s eligibility.
When does the business referral credit arrive?
The qualifying supply must be with Octopus and the first Direct Debit must have succeeded. Its help estimates around four weeks from joining for a typical referral, but a delayed switch or payment can take longer. The credit is not guaranteed on the first bill.
What should I compare before switching business energy?
Have your recent bill, business supply address, annual usage and contract end date ready. Compare the quoted unit rates, standing charges, contract length, VAT treatment and any charges for leaving your present contract. The £75 is a one-off credit: a quote costing £100 more over the comparison period would still cost £25 more after it.
For multiple sites or a mixed home/business supply, ask Octopus which quote route applies and mention cyan-camel-906 before signing. Do not assume the credit is payable for every meter.
Can I add the referral after starting a switch?
