No. Hostinger Mail is available separately from website hosting. You need a domain for your email address; the checked Starter basket did not include buying one. You can keep your website elsewhere and connect your domain to the email service.

The current public range lists 5 GB per Starter mailbox, 20 GB on Standard and 50 GB on Premium. Compare storage and mailbox quantity before buying. The worked referral price here covers one Starter mailbox; it does not establish a discount on Standard or Google Workspace.
