How to claim your toob £25 gift voucher

Who qualifies for this referral?

You must not have previously been a toob customer. This offer covers qualifying 12- or 24-month home broadband contracts, not every product or contract length.
Your address must be within toob’s available coverage. Check the postcode and the full contract price before ordering.
The terms prohibit self-referrals and referrals to someone in the referrer’s household. If several people refer you, the referrer whose link you use to register receives the reward.

Which gift voucher can I choose?

Keep access to the email used for referral registration and check your spam folder. The invitation advises staying subscribed to referral notifications. If the expected email does not arrive after the stated period, raise a support ticket through toob’s My Account.

Can I combine this with a toob promo code?

Not automatically. The referral page gives conflicting FAQ answers: one says another promotion takes precedence, while another says promo codes can preserve both rewards. The referral terms are more specific: another offer can be combined only if that promotion expressly permits use with refer a friend. Otherwise you receive the other promotion’s benefit instead. Check the terms of your exact package or ask toob before ordering; do not assume two vouchers will stack.

Is there a deadline or referral limit?

No fixed referral-programme end date was shown when checked on 18 September 2026. Any separate broadband promotion can have its own order deadline; that is not the referral programme’s expiry. Rewards must be claimed within 90 days of the notification email.
